Booking guideHOW TO BOOK A DINNER AT MEDIEVAL TIMES - ROCK STAR RESTAURANT - SAFARI PIZZA
- To make a reservation, download the form, fill in and send it to our offices at least 5 working days before your visit by email to booking@canevaworld.it.
- The booking office, once verified the availability, will send you the total amount to be paid with the confirmation number, which will be shown at the restaurant cash desk the day of the dinner.
- It is possible to request the invoice only by indicating it on the form.
- If you would like to visit our Parks on the same day, you will need to fill out the appropriate section on the same reservation form.
- If you want to visit our Theme Parks and have dinner in our restaurants in two different dates, you will need to fill out two separate reservation forms.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Once you have received the booking confirmation, you can:
- make an advance bank-account of € 10,00 per person (bank charges at your expense). Receipt of payment must be send, at least 5 working days before your visit, by Email: booking@canevaworld.it. In this case the balance can be paid directly at the cash desk on the day of your arrival, in cash or by credit card.
- pay the total amount of the reservation in advance by bank transfer (bank charges at your expense). Receipt of payment must be send, at least 5 working days before your visit, by Email: booking@canevaworld.it.
USEFUL TO KNOW
- The group rate is granted to groups of minimum 20 people who make a regular reservation at least 5 days before the arrival. 1 free ticket every 9 paying persons.
- Children smaller than 1 mt, bus drivers and disabled people with helper must not be included into the number of paying people.
- At your arrival you have to go to the restaurant cash desk, to collect your tickets and any meal vouchers, with your booking confirmation number.
- Any changes to the number of persons must be reported at the box office before printing tickets. Once printed, tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
- Bus driver has a free dinner in one of our restaurants (the type of restaurant will be communicated at checkout, upon arrival).
